All Cottages: On-Season rental saturday thru saturday only. During Off-season, two night minimum stay required. Completely Furnished: color tv, kitchen utensils, microwave, deck, grill, picnic table and bed linens (bath liens not provided if needed 3$ per day). boat included for weakly rentals. No refunds for early check-out. Rates my vary during holiday and special events weekends and derby week. We reserve the right to change for excess cleaning and damages to rooms, cabins or property. You are required to maintain the cleanliness of the cabin before leaving by: washing dishes, taking out trash, vacuuming ect.
